CRUISE RESERVATION INVOICE

If you have made your reservation a few months ago, then you should have
already received the invoice from CruiseDeals.com. In the invoice you will
find the following information, (Invoice #, Cabin #, Balance due, Due date,
departure time, agent name, last four # of the credit used in reservation.
The Final Payment Due date is on June 18, 2007. If you made your
reservation as a group/club and used a common credit card information,
you may use the same credit information and/or may decide to use a
different credit card information, money order,check to pay off the
remaining balance due for the cruise. If you decide to do the later option,
please call Cruise Deals.com, 1-800-668-6414 ask for our Agent, Varsha
Vaswani @ ext 142 and make arrangement so that they can make changes
to the billing information.
HOTEL RESERVATION AND DIRECTIONS

Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza are the two nearest hotels in the San Pedro
-Los Angeles World Cruise Center. (Book Online or Call: 888-Travelocity)

Holiday Inn San Pedro Los Angeles Harbor is located approximately one
mile from Los Angeles World Cruise Center, 19 miles from Long Beach
Daugherty Field Airport,and 18 miles from Los Angeles International
Airport. The Queen Mary is six miles west of the hotel, Disneyland is 18
miles away, and Universal Studios is 30 miles from the hotel.
Hotel amenities include the fitness room, outdoor pool, whirlpool,
concierge, and Club 111 Restaurant and Lounge. The hotel also offers
dry cleaning and complimentary parking.

in Orange County is about 40 miles away. This location is also five miles
from the Trump National Golf Course, seven miles from Long Beach
Convention Center, 10 miles from the HMS Queen Mary, 30 miles from
Hollywood and Universal Studios, and about 35 miles from Disneyland and
Knott's Berry Farm.

AUG 26 PRE-CRUISE GET-TOGETHER-K6NEL'S QTH IN NORWALK.
We are inviting everyone to join us for a Pre-Cruise get together @ the Qth
of K6NEL in Norwalk, CA. This will be on August 26, 2007 Sunday @
12:00pm. Get the chance to meet 14th geb participants the day before
they leave for the cruise and plus hams that won't be able to join the event.

ALL ABOUT THE 14TH GEB QSO SOUVENIR PROGRAMME AND
GEBQSO QSL HAND-OUT

On the actual day of the GEBQSO Event we will be handing out to each
participant a GEBQSO QSL Handout. This is similar to a souvenir
programme but with less Ads. Each club will have one free whole page
(4 1/2 x 7) where they can publish information about their club, picture
graphic or the club logo with greeting for the 14th GEBQSO. We need to
receive your free Ads on or before June 16, 2007. Send all Ads to
k6irf@yahoo.com.
The 14th GEBQSO Souvenir Programme will be available, 3 months after
the GEBQSO@SEA event. We need to compile all the pictures, videos and
information about the event and will be published in the Souvenir
Programme together with Ads from participants and friends. We will also
have a DVD where we can view pictures and videos taken from the event.
Don't forget we need your help on getting Ads for our souvenir
programme. And ofcourse we all have a chance to win a brand new Yaesu
FT897d.

GEBQSO QSL HANDOUT
Completing the Online Check-In process for all the guests in your
reservation will save you from having to fill out forms at the pier, which
means your cruise vacation adventure can start immediately.
Once you have completed the Online Check-In process, you will receive a
SetSail Pass. It indicates that you successfully completed the check-in
process for you and those guests listed on your SetSail Pass.
Please check it out and you may start your online-check-in.

Latest Information: The gift from Royal Caribbean will depend on the
number of points we would get out of the total number of cabin
reservations. If in case our points are lessen due to some cancellations of
reservations made by stations that are included in the point system, we will
get other gifts available for the points we have acquired. Hope we get more!
